There is only one mindset among these associates and that is making sure the vision of the organization for gospel artists is achieved with uttermost tenacity, profesionalism and quality.
Our associates are those with passion to see gospel music industry in Nigeria blossom and become a pace setter as it should be! they are those who find and dedicate time to the grooming, organizing, branding and promotion of these artists!

Anyone can become an associate, the requirement are simple, just be born again, passionate, be ready to make necessary sacrifices, know your tuff and be ready to learn fast where necessary!

Please note (if you are reading this we are still on our 1st-2nd year of operation)
Because this is a new esterblishment one that is working hard to grow with no major sponsor yet all associate are working on voluntary basis (Without a salary scheme) so please do not quite your job just yet! But this is not to say we hope to remain like this , the vision is great and promising so in no time every associate will duely begin to recieve their reward for their labour following a salary scheme.

But in the absence of the payment of wages, Beninspirationals intends to provide every necessary tool to her associates to achieve success in every departments.
This include; stipends based on the income coming in, call cards, transportation and data subscription allowance.
